Cultural Calendar

This attractive large format calendar (480 x 340 mm when hanging) portrays 26 culturally specific celebrations superbly depicted by Ben Apfelbaum's photographs of local Sydney events and accompanied by extensive descriptions of their significance. Additionally, 600 other observances in Australia are listed throughout the calendar to illustrate the complex diversity of our people and their customs.

This publication was produced in collaboration with Community Relations Commission who helped with the content and research, FECCA who offered to advertise it in their magazine Mosaic and Bartel Publishing, Australia’s largest producer and distributor of calendars. Its role is to spread the word about Australia’s wonderfully diverse and resourceful communities, to publicise our publications to a likeminded group of professionals as widely as possible. more »
