Palm Desktop Date Book diversitycalendar.dbs
Note: Palm Desktop can import a neatly ordered Excel file that has been saved as CSV or TAB format. After selecting the file in the Import dialog box, match the fields to those of the PalmPilot Date Book. Use the first record with field names if you created one. If no similar record exists, use a record with an entry for each field, to simplify the match-up process. Once the data is successfully imported, do not forget to delete the extra record that you created. More information at

tab delimited TEXT file - diversitycalendar.txt
Tab delimited files are one way to import and place data that is arranged in rows and columns, such as tables and spreadsheets. You'll still lose font formatting and colors, but you'll retain the grid-like layout of your work. Download a tab delimited file version of the Diversity Calendar to allow you to place the information in Word tables or Excel Spreadsheets programs as well as layout software such as Publisher.
